My name is Rose Stenson and I am an experienced counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist.
I offer counselling and therapy on a one to one basis or a group setting.
Since 1995 I haved worked as a counsellor in higher education, prison service and the voluntary sector. I have worked as a specialist counsellor in bereavement and trauma. I am committed to helping to support families and friends through the trauma and grief as a result of murder and manslaughter. My experience evolves from going through this process personally. I have been able to offer my skills and knowledge in this area as a consultant to other professional bodies.
Other areas of my work include stress management. I have worked as a professional therapist in the North West for the past fourteen years. I am committed to providing counselling and hypnotherapy in a warm and welcoming environment.
I work with both individuals and couples on a short or long term basis and offer time and space to explore what is happening by listening carefully to what is being said.
